Send the request on WhatsApp. Ops posts it, reads who is available, and confirms one name.

Ops posts the hotel, site, shift, rate, and headcount inside the desk. Opted-in staff are the only people who see the open shift.

Interest comes back as a shortlist. Ops places one name. The shift stays open until that confirm.

All workers are on FW payroll. Clients sign service contracts.

How placement works
Vacancy, then interest, then place
Ops posts the shift, the warm list marks interest, and Ops confirms one name. The shift stays open until that confirm.
Screens use sample hotels and sample staff names so you can see the desk. They are not a client list.

A numbered handoff: copy the blast, open the M Luck Job Vacancies group, and paste. FW Staff does not call the WhatsApp Cloud API. A message leaves only when you paste it in WhatsApp yourself. WhatsApp opens only when you choose it.
